This bright one-bedroom apartment features high vaulted ceilings, an open-concept living area, and plenty of natural light, creating a relaxing island atmosphere. The comfortable king-size bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
One of the apartment’s highlights is the cozy loft, perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet moment and the covered private balcony overlooking lush tropical gardens with partial views of the Caribbean Sea.

What Our Guests Say
It is far enough away from the night life to be quiet but easily accessible by foot to enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. Their rental was clean and exactly as described. Communication with Ben was so smooth and he provided us with excellent local recommendations.
Staying at their place started our honeymoon off perfectly! We would absolutely stay at Aria & Ben’s again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
But what won us over the most was the comfortable patio where you can enjoy the sound of waves and the ocean breeze.
We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Caye Caulker.
We enjoyed the welcome beer waiting for us when we arrived. The location is great - far enough to be away from the noisy bar's & restaurants and an easy commute to everywhere on the island. We loved having their dog Shadow greet us everyday. The room was exactly what you need for a tropical vacation. Kitchenette was small, but functional and we had breakfast everyday on the large patio. Bed was comfy and the shower was a nice size. Air conditioning was quiet. Ben gave some recommendations to restaurants and tours that did not disappoint.
Ben & Aria - thanks for an amazing stay. We would definitely stay with you again on our next trip - and there will be a next trip!
