Booking Information
- All rates are quoted USD + 9% Hotel Tax.
- A $25 USD cleaning fee will be added to each booking, a $50 USD cleaning fee will be added to the SEA-BREEZE Apartment booking.
- Payments made by credit card are subject to a 5% processing fee, while PayPal payments (family & friends) or bank transfers are free of charge.
- Guests are required to pay a deposit of 50% via PayPal or credit card at the time of booking.
- Please note your outstanding balance will be due upon arrival (US or Belize cash only, or via PayPal or VISA or Mastercard).
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before arrival:
Full refund, less a $50 USD Administration fee + applicable PayPal fees and taxes
From 14-30 days before arrival:
50% of the booking + applicable PayPal fees and taxes
Less than 14 days before arrival:
For guests that give us notice to cancel with less than 14 days before arrival, we will attempt to rent out your room
Refunds
- If successful in renting out your room, you will receive a partial refund less 1 night administration charge.
- If your room remains empty, unfortunately you will not receive a refund.
Other
- We do not provide refunds or credits for late arrivals, inclement weather including hurricanes, missed or canceled flights or water taxis, or early departures
- We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance
